The Island Fiyah Story

Island Fiyah Grill was born from a simple dream: to share the incredible flavors of Hawaiian Huli Huli Chicken with the community. What started as weekend cookouts for family and friends quickly grew into something bigger when word spread about our signature grilled chicken.

Our Huli Huli Chicken is marinated in a secret island-style sauce, then slow-grilled over an open flame until perfectly caramelized. The word "huli" means "turn" in Hawaiian, and that's exactly what we do — carefully turning each piece to ensure even, smoky perfection.

Today, Island Fiyah Grill rolls through Honolulu, bringing the taste of paradise to different neighborhoods throughout the week. We're constantly growing our menu while staying true to the authentic flavors that started it all.
